Deposits, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Pricing is based on location, participants attending, and depending on client's chosen experience.

50% Deposit of total cost will be required at the time of booking your personalized experience. This secures the date, time, and practitioner for your experience which is customized personally for you.

Deposit is non-refundable. Your experience, and personal wellness is very important to us: we understand that things do happen. We please, do request at least 72 hour's notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget your appointment or cancel without giving enough notice, clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to an experience, and we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our experiences are confirmed 48 hours in advance.

If any Services or Experiences are cancelled due to the fault of Peaceful Place with Madiey, a full refund will be issued.
